What the HOLZMANN RLE3000 does

The HOLZMANN RLE3000 is the larger of HOLZMANN’s two cyclone extraction systems and is specified for a workshop whose machines produce chips faster than a bag unit can swallow them. Air entering the RLE3000 at 3200 m³/h and 2470 Pa passes first through the cyclone separator, which throws the chips into a 227 l collection container, and only then reaches the filter cartridge — the reason a cyclone holds its airflow while a bag collector slowly loses it. A 3000 W motor on 400 V drives the Ø400 mm fan wheel, and the RLE3000 stands 2190 mm high on a 1320 x 900 mm footprint at 153 kg net.

Running the RLE3000 in a working shop

The RLE3000 connects a maximum of three woodworking machines through its inlet adapter, with one Ø200 mm and three Ø100 mm ports, and is switched on and off by remote control from wherever the operator is standing.
