The LINA 2136 is Mizrak’s core nesting router: one 7.5–9 kW HSD spindle, a 13-position HSK F63 fixed tool changer, and a compact flat table with 48 automatic vacuum suction points split into 6 adjustable zones. The 250 m³ vacuum pump behind that table is what makes nesting practical on the LINA 2136, because small cabinet parts cut free from a full sheet stay held down until the cut finishes. Working thickness on the LINA 2136 is 45 mm on the Z axis, with 30 m/min on Z and 90 m/min on Y.
Who the LINA 2136 suits
The LINA 2136 fits the furniture workshop that has outgrown a beam saw plus a separate drilling machine and now wants cabinet parts cut, grooved and shaped in one operation. Automatic tool measurement and tool assignment on the LINA 2136 mean the operator does not have to dial in tool lengths by hand, which is the point at which a first CNC either becomes productive or becomes a bottleneck. Cutters, collets and holders for the LINA 2136 are consumables quoted separately, and a chip extraction system is a separate installation entirely.
