The MZK 3200 Concord is the Concord specification built around a 3200 mm sliding table rather than the 3800 mm one, which suits the workshop that cuts standard sheets all day but does not need oversize length. The main motor is 5.5 kW – the same as the larger Concord and 1.5 kW above every Diamond model – running at 4750-5250 rpm with 80 mm of cutting depth at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees. A 0.75 kW scoring motor turns a Ø125 x 20 mm scorer at 7250 rpm.
What the pneumatics and the digital fence change
On the MZK 3200 Concord a pneumatic pressing system holds chipboard and MDF flat against the carriage through the cut, which removes the panel lift that causes edge steps and blade marks when a large sheet is fed by hand. A pneumatic dust cleaning system clears the work area, a lubrication system serves the moving parts, and the cast rip fence carries a digital display so rip width is read as a number.
