The MZK 3200 Diamond SX cuts full sheets and solid timber on a 3200 mm aluminium sliding table with 3200 mm of carriage travel, which covers a standard 2800 x 2070 mm or 3050 mm panel in a single pass. A 4 kW main motor drives blades from Ø250 x 30 mm to Ø300 x 30 mm at 4750-5250 rpm to a maximum depth of 80 mm at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees; a Ø125 x 20 mm scorer on its own 0.75 kW motor runs at 7250 rpm ahead of the main blade to keep the underside of coated board clean.
What the PLC and servo stop change day to day
PLC control turns setting the MZK 3200 Diamond SX into entering numbers. Blade tilt from 45 to 90 degrees and blade height are motorised, and the linear cast-iron rear stop is positioned by servo drive rather than by pushing a fence against a scale. A joinery cutting five different rip widths in a shift stops losing time to fence resetting and stops accumulating the half-millimetre errors that show up when carcass parts are assembled.

The MZK 3200 Diamond SX is aimed at furniture and door workshops in the 3-15 employee range that batch-produce cabinets, wardrobes and door leaves and have outgrown hand-set adjustment.
