The MZK 3800 Diamond gives a workshop 3800 mm of carriage travel on a 3700 mm sliding table – enough to run an oversize door leaf or a 3.6 m panel past the blade in one pass – without any electronics to specify, learn or repair. Blade tilt from 45 to 90 degrees and blade height are set manually, and a 9-spindle movement system carries the 435 mm wide aluminium carriage. The 4 kW main motor drives Ø250 x 30 mm to Ø300 x 30 mm blades at 4750-5250 rpm for 80 mm of depth at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees.
Scoring unit and fences
A separate 0.75 kW motor runs the Ø125 x 20 mm scoring blade of the MZK 3800 Diamond at 7250 rpm, so laminated and veneered panels come off the saw without underside breakout. The crosscut fence measures 1950 mm with a 0-3000 mm stop range and swings ±45 degrees left and right, and the table carries a 1200 mm rip fence.

The MZK 3800 Concord is the heavy-duty option with a 5.5 kW motor, 400 mm blade compatibility, pneumatic hold-down and a digital cast-iron fence at 900 kg. Cutting depth is identical across the group; what changes is how the settings are made and how much panel handling the machine does for the operator.
