NETMAK CNC 2411 CNC Router and Door Machining Centre

CNC 2411 Freze ve Kapi Makinasi

Horizontal side motors are what make the NETMAK CNC 2411 a door machine rather than a plain flat-bed router: left and right 3.5 HP heads at 18000 rpm work the panel edge in the same setup. The CNC 2411 machines a 2400 x 1100 x 250 mm envelope with an 11 HP 12000-24000 rpm spindle and a 6-station HSK F63 changer.

Price on the CNC 2411 is driven by the cutter and HSK F63 toolholder package, the CAM software licence and training, the control specification, whether a compressor and chip extraction plant have to be supplied with the machine, and delivery, rigging and commissioning of a 3000 kg machine on site.

What the CNC 2411 does

The NETMAK CNC 2411 combines a full-size CNC router with dedicated door machining hardware in one frame. The working envelope is 2400 mm in X, 1100 mm in Y and 250 mm in Z, which covers a standard door leaf and most cabinet panel work in a single setup. An 11 HP spindle runs from 12000 to 24000 rpm through an automatic tool changer holding six HSK F63 tools, so a routine that drills, rebates, profiles and engraves runs without an operator changing cutters. Servo-controlled axis motors move at 40 m/min in X and Y and 15 m/min in Z.

Who the CNC 2411 suits

The CNC 2411 is built for serial production of steel door skins, MDF panels and rustic kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and wardrobe fronts, and it also mills and drills chipboard, aluminium, plexiglass and other non-ferrous materials. What separates the CNC 2411 from a plain three-axis router is the pair of horizontal motors added at the left and right of the machine: 3.5 HP each at 18000 rpm, they machine lock and hinge positions into the edge of a door without the leaf leaving the bed. A workshop that currently routs faces on a CNC and then moves every leaf to a separate lock-and-hinge machine removes a full handling step with the CNC 2411.

How the CNC 2411 is built and controlled

The CNC 2411 uses a monoblock, fully steel construction weighing 3000 kg over a 3200 x 1750 x 2400 mm footprint, with an aluminium flat vacuum-channel table held down by a 205 m3/h vacuum pump. Control is by an industrial system such as DeltaTau or Omron, and the CNC 2411 runs any CAD/CAM package that outputs ISO G-code, so existing programs and post-processors are not stranded. Maximum panel thickness under the gantry is 150 mm, which is generous for a door machine and leaves room for jigs.

What is included with the CNC 2411

The CNC 2411 is supplied with the steel frame, aluminium vacuum table, 205 m3/h vacuum pump, automatic tool changer with six HSK F63 positions, servo axis drives, the industrial control and the left and right horizontal door motors. Cutters and toolholders, CAM software, compressed air, chip extraction, and the power and air installation are not included with the CNC 2411 and are quoted with the project.

უპირატესობები

  • Horizontal door motors remove a whole handling step for lock and hinge work
  • 6-station HSK F63 tool changer runs multi-operation programs unattended
  • ISO G-code compatibility means existing CAD/CAM output can be used

გასათვალისწინებელი

  • 3000 kg and a 3200 x 1750 mm footprint demand a dedicated industrial bay
  • Cutters, toolholders and CAM software are all additional purchases
  • Six tool positions may be limiting for complex mixed-material programmes

What size panels does the NETMAK CNC 2411 machine?
The CNC 2411 has a working area of 2400 x 1100 mm with 250 mm of Z travel, and accepts panels up to 150 mm thick. That envelope covers a standard door leaf on the CNC 2411 in one setup, along with kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors and MDF panels.
Can the CNC 2411 machine door edges as well as faces?
Yes. The CNC 2411 carries left and right horizontal motors of 3.5 HP running at 18000 rpm specifically for door operations, so lock and hinge work in the edge of a leaf is done on the CNC 2411 without moving the panel to another machine.
What tooling system does the CNC 2411 use?
The CNC 2411 uses the HSK F63 tool system with a 6-position automatic tool changer, and the spindle runs from 12000 to 24000 rpm on 11 HP. Toolholders and cutters are not supplied with the CNC 2411 and should be specified for the materials being cut, which include MDF, chipboard, aluminium and plexiglass.
What software runs the CNC 2411?
The CNC 2411 is driven by an industrial control system such as DeltaTau or Omron and will run programs from any CAD/CAM package that outputs ISO G-code. CAM software itself is not part of the CNC 2411 package and is licensed separately.
What services does the CNC 2411 need on site?
The CNC 2411 requires an electrical supply, compressed air and chip extraction, plus space for the 205 m3/h vacuum pump; none of the site services is included with the machine. Confirm the electrical requirement for the CNC 2411 with the dealer, since NETMAK does not publish supply voltage or phase.
How much space and floor loading does the CNC 2411 need?
The CNC 2411 measures 3200 x 1750 x 2400 mm and weighs 3000 kg, so the CNC 2411 needs a level industrial floor rated for that mass plus clear loading space at both ends of the 2400 mm axis. A crane or heavy forklift is needed for installation.
How much does the NETMAK CNC 2411 cost?
The NETMAK CNC 2411 is a capital machine supplied by quotation, not at a published price. The price of a CNC 2411 moves with the cutter and HSK F63 toolholder package, the CAM software licence and training, the control specification, whether a compressor and chip extraction plant are already on site or have to be quoted with the machine, and delivery, rigging and commissioning of a 3000 kg machine. Send the door or panel types to be produced and the monthly volume, and a quotation follows with the tooling package priced separately from the machine.
What is the lead time on a NETMAK CNC 2411?
The CNC 2411 is built to order and the current lead time is confirmed at quotation. Site preparation runs in parallel: the concrete slab, three-phase supply, compressed air and extraction ducting for a CNC 2411 should be ready before the machine arrives, because a 3000 kg machine cannot wait in a yard while a bay is built.
What does commissioning a CNC 2411 involve?
Commissioning a CNC 2411 covers rigging 3000 kg into a bay that can carry it over a 3200 x 1750 mm footprint, levelling and squaring the machine to the table, three-phase electrical connection by a qualified electrician, piping compressed air to the tool changer and clamping, siting the 205 m3/h vacuum pump with its exhaust, ducting the spindle hood to extraction, and then proving the first programs with the operator. Operator and CAM training are scheduled as part of the same visit.
What tooling and software should be budgeted alongside a CNC 2411?
A CNC 2411 arrives with the 6-station HSK F63 changer but not with what goes in it: budget HSK F63 toolholders and collets for all six positions, a cutter set for the panel materials being machined, spare cutters as a wear item, and a CAD/CAM package capable of producing ISO G-code. Add vacuum pods or a gasket set for the vacuum-channel table if small parts will be run, and a chip extraction unit and compressor if the workshop does not already have them.
