Where the FR 2000 uses 5.5 kW, the NETMAK FR 2100 fixed flat-table moulder puts 7.5 kW (10 HP) behind a 30-35 mm spindle at three speeds of 4000, 6000 and 8000 rpm. The FR 2100 carries a 1200 x 800 mm table at 850 mm height, weighs 620 kg and stands 900 x 1250 x 1300 mm overall.
The main price variables on an FR 2100 are which spindle diameter is fitted (30 mm or 35 mm, since the bore decides which tooling can ever be used), the profile-head package bought with the machine, a power feeder and extraction if taken, and delivery with commissioning.

The FR 2100 is the entry point into NETMAK’s larger moulder range and the only member of the FR 2100 family with a fixed flat table rather than a carriage. Work is fed by hand or by power feeder along the 1200 x 800 mm table against the fence, past a cutter on a spindle available in 30 mm or 35 mm. The step up to 7.5 kW / 10 HP is what defines the FR 2100: it is a machine specified for deeper cuts and larger-diameter heads, and the three speeds — 4000, 6000 and 8000 rpm — are pitched at that heavier tooling rather than at high-speed router bits. Spindle travel is 150 mm, set against a digital height indicator.
Who the FR 2100 suits
The FR 2100 fits a workshop that profiles straight stock in volume and does not need a carriage. Running a power feeder along the fence, the FR 2100 will produce long straight mouldings, door and window sections and glazing bars consistently, at a lower purchase price than the carriage models in the same range. Where the work involves cross-grain tenoning or free-form curved parts on a carriage, the FR 2100 S is the more suitable machine.
How the FR 2100 compares with its siblings
Against the FR 2000 range, the FR 2100 offers more motor and more spindle — 7.5 kW versus 5.5 kW, a 30-35 mm spindle versus a fixed 30 mm — but a lower top speed of 8000 rpm against 10,000 rpm, and a bigger 1200 x 800 mm table against 1000 x 750 mm. Against the FR 2100 S, SA and I.T., the FR 2100 is the lightest and shallowest of the four at 620 kg and 900 x 1250 x 1300 mm, because it carries no carriage or extension table.
What is supplied with the FR 2100
The FR 2100 is supplied with a monobloc steel body, an electromechanical spindle brake, a guard-cover safety interlock circuit, a curved-workpiece jig and a digital spindle height indicator. Cutter heads, knives, limiters, a power feeder and dust extraction are separate items and are not part of the published FR 2100 specification.
