CNC კარის საფრეზი
CNC door moulders profile the frames, jambs and architraves that a door leaf hangs in, running the section through a line of cutter heads in one pass instead of building the profile up on a spindle moulder over several setups. This category carries one MIZRAK machine, the FR-532, with five high-frequency heads rated 7.5 kW at 9000 rpm, a working range of 80 to 320 mm wide by 10 to 50 mm thick, PLC touchscreen control and an automatic moving top pressure system. The FR-532 is supplied by quotation, with the cutter set specified separately.

What a CNC door moulder does
A CNC door moulder profiles door frames, jambs and architraves in a single through-feed pass instead of building the profile up on a spindle moulder over several setups. The one machine here, the Mizrak FR-532, carries five high-frequency motors rated 7.5 kW at 9000 rpm and works stock from 80 to 320 mm wide and 10 to 50 mm thick, which covers the frame and casing sections used in interior door production. An automatic moving top pressure system holds the section against the bed as it feeds, so thickness stays consistent along the length.
Who the FR-532 is for, and who it is not for
The FR-532 is for door manufacturers producing their own frames and casings in volume rather than buying them in. Total installed power is 41 kW, so the machine repays itself where the same profile runs for hundreds of metres and a known setup is recalled from the PLC touchscreen instead of dialled in from scratch. A joinery moulding a few metres of architrave a week will not justify that load, and is better served by a spindle moulder or a four-sided planer moulder.
Profile depth and tooling
Cutter size sets what profile you achieve in one pass, so specify tooling with the machine. Tools mount on the FR-532 at a 40 mm connection diameter, maximum horizontal cutter size is 150 mm diameter by 60 mm length and maximum vertical cutter size is 200 mm diameter by 60 mm length. Bring your frame and architrave drawings to the quotation stage: the cutter set is a separate cost, and it decides whether the FR-532 reproduces your current sections or forces a redesign.
Power supply and compressed air
Installed load is the first thing to check with your electrician. The FR-532 requires a three-phase 380-400 V AC 50-60 Hz supply for 41 kW spread across five heads, which for most Georgian workshops means a dedicated feed rather than a spare way in the existing panel. Compressed air at 6 to 8 bar is required for the top pressure system, so a shop without a compressor must budget for one.
Floor space, handling and extraction
Plan for far more length than the machine body occupies. The FR-532 measures 3320 mm long, 1590 mm wide and 1790 mm high, but through-feed work needs support at both ends for the full length of the section, so infeed and outfeed tables or roller stands must be allowed for. A three-metre frame section needs roughly three metres of approach and three of run-off beyond the machine. Five cutter heads at 9000 rpm also produce chips and shavings quickly, so size the extraction unit and ducting for the whole machine and confirm the connections in the quotation.
Where the FR-532 sits in a door line
The FR-532 profiles frame components; it does not size door leaves and it does not cut hardware seats. A complete door line normally runs several stations in sequence: a sizing machine that brings the leaf to final dimension, a lock and hinge machine that prepares the hardware seats, and a moulder such as the FR-532 that produces the frames the leaves hang in. Plan the line as a whole and let us quote the stages together.
What to send with a quotation request
A useful quotation for the FR-532 needs your sections, not just the model name. Send the width and thickness range of your frames, jambs and architraves, drawings of the profiles you run, your monthly metreage, your electrical supply and whether compressed air and extraction are already installed.
როგორ ავირჩიოთ
- Section width between 80 and 320 mm
- This is the working width of the FR-532. Sections outside that range, or thicker than 50 mm, need a different machine and should be checked before enquiry.
- Section thickness 10 to 50 mm
- The working height range of the FR-532 covers standard interior door casings and jambs; confirm your thickest section against it.
- Profile depth required
- Maximum horizontal cutter is 150 mm diameter by 60 mm long and maximum vertical cutter is 200 mm diameter by 60 mm long, on a 40 mm connection diameter, which sets the profile achievable in one pass.
- Installed electrical capacity
- Total installed power is 41 kW on a 380-400 V AC 50-60 Hz three-phase supply. Have the board and cable run checked before ordering rather than at delivery.
- Compressed air available
- The automatic moving top pressure system needs 6 to 8 bar. A workshop without a compressor should have one quoted with the machine.
- Clear length in the shop
- The machine body is 3320 x 1590 x 1790 mm, but through-feed work needs infeed and outfeed support for the full length of the section at both ends.
- Monthly metreage of frames and casings
- Five heads and 41 kW pay back on hundreds of metres of the same profile. Low or highly varied metreage points to a spindle moulder or a four-sided moulder instead.
- Setups changed frequently
- The FR-532 uses PLC touchscreen control with a simplified quick adjustment feature, so a known setup is recalled rather than dialled in from scratch.
