NETMAK FRS 1250 Vertical Spindle Router (Sakuli Freze)

What the FRS 1250 does

How the FR 2000Y differs from a fixed spindle moulder

A conventional fixed-spindle moulder cuts only what the cutter profile itself describes. What the CNC 2411 does

The NETMAK CNC 2411 combines a full-size CNC router with dedicated door machining hardware in one frame. The working envelope is 2400 mm in X, 1100 mm in Y and 250 mm in Z, which covers a standard door leaf and most cabinet panel work in a single setup. An 11 HP spindle runs from 12000 to 24000 rpm through an automatic tool changer holding six HSK F63 tools, so a routine that drills, rebates, profiles and engraves runs without an operator changing cutters. Servo-controlled axis motors move at 40 m/min in X and Y and 15 m/min in Z.

Who the CNC 2411 suits

The CNC 2411 is built for serial production of steel door skins, MDF panels and rustic kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and wardrobe fronts, and it also mills and drills chipboard, aluminium, plexiglass and other non-ferrous materials. What separates the CNC 2411 from a plain three-axis router is the pair of horizontal motors added at the left and right of the machine: 3.5 HP each at 18000 rpm, they machine lock and hinge positions into the edge of a door without the leaf leaving the bed. What the PL 500 surface planer does

Work is carried on 2600 mm of table, divided into a 1420 mm infeed and an 1180 mm outfeed section, over a 120 mm cutterblock with four knives spinning at 4500 rpm. The 7.5 HP / 5.5 kW motor supports a full 15 mm depth of cut, so heavily cupped or badly sawn boards can be brought to a true face quickly rather than shaved down over many passes.

Who the PL 500 suits

The PL 500 is the middle choice in the NETMAK planer range and suits the workshop that handles both framing timber and moderately wide boards. Furniture makers preparing 450 mm bed rails, stair builders facing strings, and door shops jointing wide stiles all sit in the PL 500’s working band. Its 770 kg mass and monoblock steel body damp the vibration that becomes noticeable when a wide board contacts all four knives at once, and the electromechanical brake stops the block quickly between pieces.

What the PL 600 surface planer does

The NETMAK PL 600 is the widest surface planer in the NETMAK PL range and produces the flat reference face and square edge on stock up to 600 mm across. Timber runs over 2600 mm of table, split 1420 mm infeed and 1180 mm outfeed, above a 120 mm cutterblock with four knives at 4500 rpm. A 7.5 HP / 5.5 kW motor carries the full 15 mm depth of cut even across the widest work, and the 880 kg monoblock steel body keeps the machine planted while it does so.

Who the PL 600 suits

The PL 600 earns its place in shops that face edge-glued panels rather than just framing timber. Pneumatic raising and lowering of the head keeps the operator’s hands away from the cutter and makes plunge depth repeatable across a batch. The spindle turns at 9000 to 18000 rpm driven by a 3.2-4 HP motor, holds cutters in a 12-14 mm collet, and offers five preset height steps so a multi-depth job can be run without re-measuring between stages.

Who the FRS 900 suits

The FRS 900 belongs in door and furniture workshops that cut hinge recesses, lock mortices, handle pockets, sign lettering and decorative panel work in repeated batches. Clearance from cutter to column is 910 mm, which sets the deepest point on a panel the FRS 900 can reach in from an edge. The 790 x 970 mm table travels 200 mm, and the spindle itself has 80 mm of travel with a maximum spindle-to-table gap of 260 mm, so reasonably thick components and jig fixtures still fit under the head. What the KA 630 thicknesser does

The NETMAK KA 630 planes solid timber and glued panels to a fixed, repeatable thickness across the widest capacity in the NETMAK KA range: 630 mm. A 120 mm cutterblock with four knives turns at 4500 rpm above a 640 x 990 mm table, and polyurethane feed rollers draw the work through at 7 or 14 m/min depending on whether the priority is finish or throughput. Components up to 250 mm high pass under the block, and the KA 630 removes as much as 8 mm in a single pass, which is what makes wide, heavy hardwood sections practical rather than tedious.

Who the KA 630 suits

The KA 630 belongs in shops where wide glued panels are routine: solid-wood table tops, wardrobe doors, staircase treads and shopfitting components that arrive from the clamps slightly out of thickness. A workshop that regularly edge-glues four or five 150 mm boards is already past 600 mm, and the extra 30 mm on the KA 630 is the difference between running the panel and re-cutting it. The KA 630 and the KA 600 are mechanically the same machine at two widths. What the PL 400 surface planer does

The NETMAK PL 400 creates the first flat face and the first square edge on rough timber, the reference surfaces every later operation depends on. Total table length is 2600 mm, split into a 1420 mm infeed table and an 1180 mm outfeed table, which is long enough to support a 3 metre door stile without a roller stand under each end. A 120 mm cutterblock with four knives runs at 4500 rpm on a 7.5 HP / 5.5 kW motor, and the PL 400 will take up to 15 mm of material in a single pass on stock up to 400 mm wide.

Who the PL 400 suits

The PL 400 fits joinery and door workshops that machine long solid-timber sections rather than sheet material. KA 600 against the KA 630 and the smaller models

Choosing between the KA 600 and the KA 630 comes down to width alone. NETMAK KA 400 Thicknesser

What the KA 400 does

The KA 400 takes a board that already has one flat reference face and planes the opposite face parallel to it at an exact set thickness. Stock up to 400 mm wide and 250 mm thick passes over a 420 x 790 mm table while a four-knife cutterhead of 110 mm diameter, turning at 4500 rpm on a 4 kW motor, removes up to 8 mm in a single pass. A polyurethane feed roller pulls the board through at either 7 or 14 m/min, the slower rate for hardwood and figured grain where a finer finish matters, the faster one for softwood dimensioning.

Who the KA 400 suits

The KA 400 is sized for a furniture workshop or joinery whose components are cabinet parts, door rails, frame stock and solid tops up to 400 mm wide. It is the practical partner to a surface planer: the planer establishes the first face, the KA 400 makes the second parallel and brings the whole batch to one dimension. Any shop buying rough-sawn timber rather than pre-dimensioned stock will use the KA 400 daily.

The KA 400 and the KA 500 differ mainly in width and power. What is standard and what is optional

The KA 400 comes as standard with a monobloc steel body, a guard-cover safety interlock circuit, an electromechanical brake and the polyurethane feed roller. Three features are listed by NETMAK as options rather than standard equipment on the KA 400: motorised automatic table height adjustment, a digital height indicator and a helical cutterhead. On manual-table versions of the KA 400 the 0.25 HP table motor is absent and the net weight differs from the quoted 620 kg.
