MIZRAK OF MZK 4 DOOR Edge Banding Machine

What the OF MZK 4 DOOR does

The OF MZK 4 DOOR bands the long edges of door leaves and thick panels between 8 and 54 mm at 14 m/min. A pre-viewer with a digital counter tracks the workpiece at the infeed, the 1.5 kW pre-milling unit squares the edge with a Ø70 x 35 x 3 mm blade, and a top-feed gluing unit with guillotine and pressure units lays tape from 0.40 mm to 3 mm. A Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw handles end trimming, Ø49 x r3 cutters mill top and bottom, and the scraping unit, glue cleaning fluid and 0.25 kW polishing unit at 3000 rpm finish the edge.

Who the OF MZK 4 DOOR suits

The OF MZK 4 DOOR suits door manufacturers and joineries whose main product is long, heavy workpieces rather than small carcase parts. At 1400 kg the OF MZK 4 DOOR is 250 kg heavier than the otherwise similarly sized OF MZK-4, mass that matters when a full door leaf is being pushed through the machine, and the top-feed gluing arrangement keeps the glue application accessible on tall workpieces.

How the OF MZK 4 DOOR compares with the OF MZK-4

The OF MZK 4 DOOR is the door-oriented build of the same 4020 mm platform. Both machines run at 14 m/min, take 8-54 mm workpieces, draw 7.02 kW and measure 4020 x 700 x 1350 mm, but the OF MZK 4 DOOR adds the pre-viewer with digital counter and the top-feed gluing unit, and weighs 1400 kg against 1150 kg. The published motor split also differs: the OF MZK 4 DOOR lists 0.55 kW for end trimming and 0.37 kW for top and bottom milling, the reverse of the OF MZK-4.

What is included with the OF MZK 4 DOOR

The OF MZK 4 DOOR is supplied with the pre-viewer and digital counter, pre-milling unit, top-feed gluing unit, guillotine unit, pressure unit, end trimming unit, milling unit, scraping unit, glue cleaning liquid system, polishing unit and a glue tank holding up to 2.5 kg. Installation requires a 380-430 V 50 Hz three-phase supply (3P + 1N) and compressed air at 6-8 atm.

MIZRAK ADVANTAGE-3 Edge Banding Machine

What the ADVANTAGE-3 does

The ADVANTAGE-3 applies edge tape and finishes it in the shortest frame of the ADVANTAGE range. The gluing unit lays adhesive, the shear unit cuts the tape to length, the pressing unit bonds it under a 42 mm top pressure beam, the top and bottom milling unit trims both edges with a Ø49 x 20 Z 4 cutter at 12,000 rpm, the flat scraping unit removes the remaining excess, and the 0.25 kW polishing unit finishes the surface. Panels from 8 to 42 mm thick and at least 100 mm wide run at 10 m/min.

Who the ADVANTAGE-3 suits

The ADVANTAGE-3 suits a small workshop taking its first step away from hand-held banding tools. Total power of 3.62 kW and a 2500 x 540 mm footprint make the ADVANTAGE-3 the least demanding machine in the range in both electricity and floor space, and the 620 kg weight means the ADVANTAGE-3 can be positioned in a workshop without special foundations.

How the ADVANTAGE-3 compares with the ADVANTAGE-4

The ADVANTAGE-3 leaves out two things the ADVANTAGE-4 has. There is no front and rear cutting unit on the ADVANTAGE-3, so the tape overhang at the ends of the panel is dealt with by the operator rather than by a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw, and the scraping unit is flat rather than radius, so a rounded tape profile is not produced. Those omissions bring the ADVANTAGE-3 to 3.62 kW against 5.27 kW, 2500 mm against 3500 mm and 620 kg against 813 kg.

What is included with the ADVANTAGE-3

The ADVANTAGE-3 is supplied with the gluing, shear and pressing units, a glue pot holding up to 3.5 kg, the 42 mm top pressure beam, the top and bottom milling unit, the flat scraping unit, the polishing unit and a 1.1 kW chain conveyor drive at 26 rpm. Installation requires a 380-430 V 50-60 Hz three-phase supply and compressed air at 6-8 atm, at a 950 mm working height.

MIZRAK OF-KA MZK 4 WIND Edge Banding Machine

What the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND does

The OF-KA MZK 4 WIND bands panel edges at a conveyor speed of 20 m/min, the highest quoted in the MZK 4 family. Panels enter past a pre-tracer with a counter, pass the pre-milling unit, then reach a top-feed gluing unit working with the shear and pressure units. A flying front and rear cutting unit trims the tape ends while the panel keeps moving, which is what allows the higher line speed, and the milling, scraping, glue cleaning fluid and polishing units finish the edge before the panel leaves the machine.

Who the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND suits

The OF-KA MZK 4 WIND suits production workshops where the edge bander has become the bottleneck behind a beam saw. A flying cut-off means the conveyor does not slow or stop to square the tape ends, so throughput at 20 m/min is roughly double that of the 10 m/min ADVANTAGE machines and noticeably above the 14 m/min of the OF MZK-4. Workshops running long daily batches of carcase panels benefit most from that difference.

How the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND compares with the OF MZK-4

The OF-KA MZK 4 WIND is the fast version of the same concept. Both machines carry a pre-milling unit, a gluing unit with shear and pressure, end trimming, milling, scraping, glue cleaning fluid and polishing. The difference is the flying front and rear cutting unit and the 20 m/min conveyor on the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND, against a conventional cutting unit and 14 m/min on the OF MZK-4, plus the pre-tracer with counter that the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND shares with the OF MZK 4 DOOR.

What is included with the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND

The OF-KA MZK 4 WIND is listed by the manufacturer with the pre-tracer and counter, pre-milling unit, top-feed gluing unit, shear unit, pressure unit, flying front and rear cutting unit, milling unit, scraping unit, glue cleaning fluid system and polishing unit. The manufacturer has not published a technical data table for the OF-KA MZK 4 WIND, so electrical supply, workpiece capacity, machine dimensions and weight should be confirmed in writing before ordering.

MIZRAK OF MZK-4 Edge Banding Machine

What the OF MZK-4 does

The OF MZK-4 bands panels up to 54 mm thick, which is thicker than any machine in the ADVANTAGE range. The 1.5 kW pre-milling unit at 12,000 rpm squares the edge with a Ø70 x 35 x 3 mm blade, the gluing, shear and pressing units apply tape from 0.40 mm to 3 mm under a 54 mm top pressure beam, a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw trims the ends, Ø49 x r3 cutters mill top and bottom, and the radius scraper, cleaning fluid and 0.25 kW polishing unit finish the edge. The chain conveyor runs at 14 m/min on a 1.5 kW / 30 rpm drive.

Who the OF MZK-4 suits

The OF MZK-4 suits workshops that band thick material as well as standard carcase panels. A 54 mm capacity covers worktops, thick door leaves and built-up panels that an 8-42 mm machine cannot take, and the 14 m/min conveyor is 40 percent faster than the 10 m/min ADVANTAGE line, so the OF MZK-4 is a step up in both capacity and throughput for a joinery that mixes furniture and door work.

How the OF MZK-4 compares with the MZK-4

The OF MZK-4 is the pre-milling version of the MZK-4. Both machines share the 8-54 mm thickness range, the 14 m/min conveyor, the 54 mm top pressure beam, the 950 mm working height and the 700 x 1350 mm cross section, but the OF MZK-4 adds the 1.5 kW pre-milling unit and the glue cleaning fluid system. That raises total power from 4.02 kW to 7.02 kW, length from 3800 mm to 4020 mm and weight from 850 kg to 1150 kg.

What is included with the OF MZK-4

The OF MZK-4 is supplied with the pre-milling unit, gluing unit, shear unit, pressing unit, end trimming unit, top and bottom milling unit, 54 mm top pressure beam, radius scraping unit, cleaning fluid application, polishing unit and a glue pot holding up to 2.5 kg. Installation requires a 380-430 V 50 Hz three-phase supply (3P + 1N) and compressed air at 6-8 atm.

MIZRAK MZK-4 Edge Banding Machine

What the MZK-4 does

The MZK-4 bands panels up to 54 mm thick at 14 m/min while drawing only 4.02 kW. Tape from 0.40 mm to 3 mm is applied by the gluing, guillotine and pressure units under a 54 mm top pressure beam, a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw trims the tape ends, Ø49 x r3 cutters mill top and bottom at 12,000 rpm, and the scraping unit handles both flat and radius profiles before the 0.25 kW polishing unit finishes the edge. The chain conveyor is driven by a 1.5 kW motor at 30 rpm.

Who the MZK-4 suits

The MZK-4 suits workshops that need thick-panel capacity without a pre-milling unit or a large electrical connection. Because the MZK-4 combines the 8-54 mm range and the 14 m/min speed of the larger OF models with the lowest total power in that family, the MZK-4 is a practical machine for a joinery that cuts panels cleanly and wants to band door leaves and worktops as well as carcase parts.

How the MZK-4 compares with the OF MZK-4

The MZK-4 is the shorter and lighter machine of the pair. Both models share the 8-54 mm thickness range, the 14 m/min conveyor, the 54 mm top pressure beam, the 2.5 kg glue pot and the 950 mm working height, but the OF MZK-4 adds a 1.5 kW pre-milling unit and glue cleaning fluid. Leaving those out brings the MZK-4 down to 4.02 kW against 7.02 kW, 3800 mm against 4020 mm and 850 kg against 1150 kg, at the cost of relying on the incoming cut quality.

What is included with the MZK-4

The MZK-4 is supplied with the gluing unit, guillotine unit, pressure unit, end trimming unit, top and bottom milling unit, 54 mm top pressure beam, flat and radius scraping unit, polishing unit and a glue tank holding up to 2.5 kg. Site requirements for the MZK-4 are a 380-430 V 50 Hz three-phase supply (3P + 1N) and compressed air at 6-8 atm.

MIZRAK ADVANTAGE X SMALL Edge Banding Machine

What the ADVANTAGE X SMALL does

The ADVANTAGE X SMALL applies and trims edge tape on panels 8 to 42 mm thick in a 2700 mm frame. The gluing unit lays adhesive, the shear unit cuts the tape to length, the pressing unit bonds it, the front and rear cutting unit removes the overhang at both ends with a Ø100 x 3.2 mm x 30 Z 30 saw, the milling unit cleans the edge with a Ø49 x 20 Z 4 cutter at 18,000 rpm, and the polishing unit at 3000 rpm finishes the surface. A metre counter records how much tape has been processed.

Who the ADVANTAGE X SMALL suits

The ADVANTAGE X SMALL suits small joineries and start-up furniture workshops where floor space is the binding constraint. At 2700 x 590 mm and 650 kg, the ADVANTAGE X SMALL occupies roughly half the length of a full ADVANTAGE-6 line while still banding the same 8-42 mm panel range at the same 10 m/min conveyor speed, which makes it a realistic first automatic bander for a shop that has been using a hand-held banding tool.

How the ADVANTAGE X SMALL compares with the ADVANTAGE-4

The ADVANTAGE X SMALL is the shorter, simpler machine. Both models share the 0.37 kW end trimming motor, the 0.55 kW / 18,000 rpm milling motor, the 3.5 kg glue pot and the same blade sizes, but the ADVANTAGE-4 adds a radius scraping unit and a 0.55 kW dust extraction motor, which is why the ADVANTAGE-4 is 3500 mm long and 5.27 kW against 2700 mm and 4.72 kW here. A workshop that wants a scraped radius edge should compare the ADVANTAGE-4 before choosing.

What is included with the ADVANTAGE X SMALL

The ADVANTAGE X SMALL includes the gluing, shear and pressing units, a glue pot holding up to 3.5 kg, the 42 mm top pressure beam, front and rear cutting, milling, polishing, a metre counter and a 1.1 kW chain conveyor drive at 26 rpm. Installation requires a 380-430 V 50-60 Hz three-phase supply and compressed air at 6-8 atm, at a working height of 950 mm.

MIZRAK ADVANTAGE-5 Edge Banding Machine

What the ADVANTAGE-5 does

The ADVANTAGE-5 mills the panel edge clean, glues the tape, trims it and polishes it in a single pass at 10 m/min. Panels from 8 to 42 mm thick and at least 100 mm wide pass under a 42 mm top pressure beam while the gluing, shear and pressing units lay tape between 0.40 mm and 3 mm thick. A Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw cuts the front and rear overhang, Ø49 x R3 cutters trim top and bottom, and the radius scraper and 0.25 kW polishing unit finish the edge before it leaves the ADVANTAGE-5.

Who the ADVANTAGE-5 suits

The ADVANTAGE-5 suits workshops whose saw cuts are not always perfect. The 1.5 kW pre-milling unit at 12,000 rpm, fitted with a Ø70 x 35 x 3 mm blade, removes chipping and squares the edge immediately before glue is applied, which is what makes a 2 mm tape sit tight on MDF and chipboard. For a joinery moving from hand banding to a production line, the ADVANTAGE-5 covers the full sequence without the extra length of a corner rounding machine.

How the ADVANTAGE-5 compares with the ADVANTAGE-4 and ADVANTAGE-6

The ADVANTAGE-5 sits between the two. Against the ADVANTAGE-4, the ADVANTAGE-5 adds the pre-milling unit, which lifts total power from 5.27 kW to 9.37 kW and length from 3500 mm to 4000 mm. Against the ADVANTAGE-6, the ADVANTAGE-5 leaves out the corner rounding unit, the Ø69 x R3 trim cutter and the cleaning fluid system, which is why the ADVANTAGE-5 is 900 mm shorter and 540 kg lighter at 860 kg.

What is included with the ADVANTAGE-5

The ADVANTAGE-5 comes with the gluing, shear and pressing units, a glue pot holding up to 2.5 kg, the 42 mm top pressure beam, pre-milling, front and rear cutting, top and bottom trimming, radius scraping, polishing, a 0.55 kW integrated dust extraction motor and a 1.1 kW chain conveyor drive. Installation needs a 380-430 V 50 Hz three-phase supply (3P + 1N) and compressed air at 6-8 atm; working height is 950 mm.

MIZRAK ADVANTAGE-4 Edge Banding Machine

What the ADVANTAGE-4 does

The ADVANTAGE-4 completes the whole banding sequence except pre-milling. Panels 8 to 42 mm thick and at least 100 mm wide travel at 10 m/min under a 42 mm top pressure beam while the gluing, shear and pressing units apply tape between 0.40 mm and 3 mm. A Ø100 x 3.2 mm x 30 Z 30 saw cuts the front and rear ends, a Ø49 x 20 Z 4 cutter driven at 18,000 rpm trims top and bottom, and the radius scraping unit and 0.25 kW polishing unit finish the profile.

Who the ADVANTAGE-4 suits

The ADVANTAGE-4 suits a furniture workshop whose panel cutting is already clean, typically from a sliding table saw or a beam saw with a scoring blade. Without a pre-milling unit the ADVANTAGE-4 relies on the quality of the incoming cut, and in exchange the machine draws only 5.27 kW and fits into 3500 x 540 mm, which is a realistic footprint for a workshop that cannot give up a five-metre bay.

How the ADVANTAGE-4 compares with the ADVANTAGE-5 and ADVANTAGE-3

The ADVANTAGE-4 is the middle machine of the range. The ADVANTAGE-5 adds a 1.5 kW pre-milling unit, taking total power to 9.37 kW and length to 4000 mm. Below it, the ADVANTAGE-3 drops the front and rear cutting unit entirely and uses flat scraping instead of radius scraping, at 3.62 kW and 2500 mm. The ADVANTAGE-4 is therefore the shortest machine in the range that still cuts the tape ends automatically and scrapes a radius.

What is included with the ADVANTAGE-4

The ADVANTAGE-4 is supplied with the gluing, shear and pressing units, a glue pot holding up to 3.5 kg, the 42 mm top pressure beam, front and rear cutting, top and bottom trimming, radius scraping, polishing, a 0.55 kW dust extraction motor and a 1.1 kW chain conveyor drive at 26 rpm. Site requirements are a 380-430 V 50-60 Hz three-phase supply and compressed air at 6-8 atm, with a 950 mm working height.

MIZRAK ADVANTAGE-6 Edge Banding Machine

What the ADVANTAGE-6 does

The ADVANTAGE-6 glues, trims and finishes edge tape on panels between 8 and 42 mm thick in one pass at 10 m/min. Tape from 0.40 mm to 3 mm runs through the gluing, shear and pressing units; a 1.5 kW pre-milling unit turning at 12,000 rpm squares the panel edge first, a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw cuts the tape front and rear, Ø49 x R3 cutters trim top and bottom, a Ø69 x R3 trim cutter and the corner rounding unit finish the corners up to a 36 mm rounding distance, and the radius scraper, cleaning fluid and polishing unit close the sequence.

Who the ADVANTAGE-6 suits

The ADVANTAGE-6 suits furniture and kitchen workshops that already cut panels daily and want a finished edge straight off the machine rather than a hand-finished one. Because the ADVANTAGE-6 carries both a corner rounding unit and a radius scraper, thick 2 mm and 3 mm PVC tape can be run without an operator dressing every corner with a hand trimmer, which is where the machine earns its place in a shop producing kitchen fronts, wardrobe sides and shelving in volume.

How the ADVANTAGE-6 compares with the ADVANTAGE-5

The ADVANTAGE-6 is the corner rounding version of the same platform. Both machines share the 9.37 kW total power, the 10 m/min conveyor, the 8-42 mm thickness range and the 100 mm minimum workpiece width, but the ADVANTAGE-6 adds the corner rounding unit, the Ø69 x R3 trim cutter and the glue cleaning fluid system. That extra section makes the ADVANTAGE-6 4900 mm long against 4000 mm and 1400 kg against 860 kg, so the floor plan is the deciding factor as much as the budget.

What is included with the ADVANTAGE-6

The ADVANTAGE-6 is delivered with the gluing, shear and pressing units, a 2.5 kg maximum glue pot, the 42 mm top pressure beam, pre-milling, front and rear cutting, top and bottom trimming, corner rounding, radius scraping, cleaning fluid application, polishing and a 0.55 kW integrated dust extraction motor. Site requirements are a 380-430 V 50-60 Hz three-phase supply and a compressed air line at 6-8 atm; working height is 950 mm.

MIZRAK MZK 3800 Concord Sliding Table Panel Saw

The MZK 3800 Concord is the heaviest saw Mizrak builds in this class

The MZK 3800 Concord takes the standard sliding table saw layout and adds mass, motor power and shop-floor automation. A 5.5 kW main motor – 1.5 kW more than every Diamond model – drives the blade at 4750-5250 rpm, the frame weighs 900 kg, and the machine is specified as compatible with a 400 mm saw blade. Cutting depth is 80 mm at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees, and a 0.75 kW scoring motor runs a Ø125 x 20 mm scorer at 7250 rpm.

Pneumatics, lubrication and the digital fence

Three systems separate the MZK 3800 Concord from the Diamond range in daily use. A pneumatic panel hold-down presses chipboard and MDF down onto the carriage so the sheet cannot lift or creep during the cut. A pneumatic dust cleaning system clears the working area between cuts. A cast-iron rip fence with a digital display shows the rip width as a number instead of a scale reading, and the 45-90 degree tilt and vertical blade movement are driven by actuator motors. The MZK 3800 Concord also carries a lubrication system and, in the 3800 configuration, an additional profile carriage.

Who the MZK 3800 Concord suits

The MZK 3800 Concord suits door manufacturers and larger furniture producers running the saw as a full-shift production machine on long, heavy panels. The extra 1.5 kW of motor power matters when cutting thick solid stock or dense faced board hour after hour, and the 900 kg frame is what keeps a 3800 mm carriage true under continuous load. A workshop cutting a few sheets a day will not recover the difference over an MZK 3800 Diamond.

MZK 3800 Concord against the Diamond models and the 3200 Concord

Compared with the MZK 3800 Diamond SX, the MZK 3800 Concord swaps PLC and servo positioning for a heavier 5.5 kW mechanical package with pneumatics and a digital fence. Compared with the MZK 3200 Concord, it is the same specification on a 3800 mm rather than 3200 mm carriage, 100 kg heavier at 900 kg, with an additional profile carriage listed.

What is included

The MZK 3800 Concord specification covers the 550 x 910 mm main table, 380 x 540 mm side and 785 x 970 mm rear extension tables, a 1200 mm rip fence, a 1950 mm crosscut fence with a 0-3000 mm stop range, the scoring unit and the pneumatic systems. Blades, a compressed air supply, extraction and the electrical connection are not included.
