What the OF MZK-4 does

The OF MZK-4 bands panels up to 54 mm thick, which is thicker than any machine in the ADVANTAGE range. The 1.5 kW pre-milling unit at 12,000 rpm squares the edge with a Ø70 x 35 x 3 mm blade, the gluing, shear and pressing units apply tape from 0.40 mm to 3 mm under a 54 mm top pressure beam, a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw trims the ends, Ø49 x r3 cutters mill top and bottom, and the radius scraper, cleaning fluid and 0.25 kW polishing unit finish the edge. The chain conveyor runs at 14 m/min on a 1.5 kW / 30 rpm drive.
