At 3.62 kW in a 2500 mm frame, the ADVANTAGE-3 is the shortest and lowest-powered machine in the ADVANTAGE range, trading the automatic end cutting unit for a bench-sized footprint. Gluing, milling, flat scraping and polishing carry 8 to 42 mm panels through the ADVANTAGE-3 at 10 m/min.
The ADVANTAGE-3 price depends first on whether Mizrak can still supply it at all, then on the tooling package, whether extraction and a compressor are added, and delivery - which is minimal for a 620 kg machine.

The ADVANTAGE-3 applies edge tape and finishes it in the shortest frame of the ADVANTAGE range. The gluing unit lays adhesive, the shear unit cuts the tape to length, the pressing unit bonds it under a 42 mm top pressure beam, the top and bottom milling unit trims both edges with a Ø49 x 20 Z 4 cutter at 12,000 rpm, the flat scraping unit removes the remaining excess, and the 0.25 kW polishing unit finishes the surface. Panels from 8 to 42 mm thick and at least 100 mm wide run at 10 m/min.
Who the ADVANTAGE-3 suits
The ADVANTAGE-3 suits a small workshop taking its first step away from hand-held banding tools. Total power of 3.62 kW and a 2500 x 540 mm footprint make the ADVANTAGE-3 the least demanding machine in the range in both electricity and floor space, and the 620 kg weight means the ADVANTAGE-3 can be positioned in a workshop without special foundations.
How the ADVANTAGE-3 compares with the ADVANTAGE-4
The ADVANTAGE-3 leaves out two things the ADVANTAGE-4 has. There is no front and rear cutting unit on the ADVANTAGE-3, so the tape overhang at the ends of the panel is dealt with by the operator rather than by a Ø100 x 3.2 mm saw, and the scraping unit is flat rather than radius, so a rounded tape profile is not produced. Those omissions bring the ADVANTAGE-3 to 3.62 kW against 5.27 kW, 2500 mm against 3500 mm and 620 kg against 813 kg.
What is included with the ADVANTAGE-3
The ADVANTAGE-3 is supplied with the gluing, shear and pressing units, a glue pot holding up to 3.5 kg, the 42 mm top pressure beam, the top and bottom milling unit, the flat scraping unit, the polishing unit and a 1.1 kW chain conveyor drive at 26 rpm. Installation requires a 380-430 V 50-60 Hz three-phase supply and compressed air at 6-8 atm, at a 950 mm working height.
