The MZK 3800 Concord takes the standard sliding table saw layout and adds mass, motor power and shop-floor automation. A 5.5 kW main motor – 1.5 kW more than every Diamond model – drives the blade at 4750-5250 rpm, the frame weighs 900 kg, and the machine is specified as compatible with a 400 mm saw blade. Cutting depth is 80 mm at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees, and a 0.75 kW scoring motor runs a Ø125 x 20 mm scorer at 7250 rpm.
Pneumatics, lubrication and the digital fence
Three systems separate the MZK 3800 Concord from the Diamond range in daily use. A pneumatic panel hold-down presses chipboard and MDF down onto the carriage so the sheet cannot lift or creep during the cut. A pneumatic dust cleaning system clears the working area between cuts. A cast-iron rip fence with a digital display shows the rip width as a number instead of a scale reading, and the 45-90 degree tilt and vertical blade movement are driven by actuator motors. The MZK 3800 Concord also carries a lubrication system and, in the 3800 configuration, an additional profile carriage.
Who the MZK 3800 Concord suits
The MZK 3800 Concord suits door manufacturers and larger furniture producers running the saw as a full-shift production machine on long, heavy panels. The extra 1.5 kW of motor power matters when cutting thick solid stock or dense faced board hour after hour, and the 900 kg frame is what keeps a 3800 mm carriage true under continuous load. A workshop cutting a few sheets a day will not recover the difference over an MZK 3800 Diamond.
MZK 3800 Concord against the Diamond models and the 3200 Concord
Compared with the MZK 3800 Diamond SX, the MZK 3800 Concord swaps PLC and servo positioning for a heavier 5.5 kW mechanical package with pneumatics and a digital fence. Compared with the MZK 3200 Concord, it is the same specification on a 3800 mm rather than 3200 mm carriage, 100 kg heavier at 900 kg, with an additional profile carriage listed.

The MZK 3800 Concord specification covers the 550 x 910 mm main table, 380 x 540 mm side and 785 x 970 mm rear extension tables, a 1200 mm rip fence, a 1950 mm crosscut fence with a 0-3000 mm stop range, the scoring unit and the pneumatic systems.
