What the Mizrak FR-532 does

The Mizrak FR-532 profiles door frames, jambs and architraves in a single through-feed pass instead of building the profile up on a spindle moulder over several setups. Working width on the FR-532 runs from 80 to 320 mm and working height from 10 to 50 mm, which covers the frame and casing sections used in interior door production. An automatic moving top pressure system holds the workpiece against the bed as it feeds, so section thickness stays consistent along the length rather than drifting where the operator’s hand pressure changes.

Cutter heads and power

The Mizrak FR-532 carries five high-frequency motors rated 7.5 kW at 9000 rpm, with the supplier’s technical schedule naming a rough planing motor and two vertical spindle motors of type HM110.12_ER40S at that same rating. Cutting tools mount on a 40 mm connection diameter. Maximum horizontal cutter size on the FR-532 is 150 mm diameter by 60 mm length and maximum vertical cutter size is 200 mm diameter by 60 mm length, which sets the profile depth a workshop can achieve in one pass. Total installed power is 41 kW on a 380-400 V AC 50-60 Hz supply.

Who the FR-532 suits

The Mizrak FR-532 suits door manufacturers producing their own frames and casings in volume rather than buying them in. The machine repays itself where the same profile runs for hundreds of metres, because the simplified quick adjustment feature and PLC touchscreen let a known setup be recalled rather than dialled in from scratch. A joinery that moulds a few metres of architrave a week will not justify 41 kW of installed power.

Footprint and services

The Mizrak FR-532 measures 3320 mm long, 1590 mm wide and 1790 mm high, and needs compressed air at 6-8 bar for the top pressure system alongside the three-phase supply. Infeed and outfeed tables or roller stands must be allowed for beyond the machine body, since through-feed work needs support at both ends for the full length of the section.
