A beam saw is for stack cutting, not for one-off parts
Choose a beam saw when the workshop breaks down full boards in stacks to a repeating cutting list. On a beam saw the board stays on the table, a programmed pusher with clamps carries the stack to the cutting line, a pressure beam holds the stack down and the saw carriage travels through it. A sliding table panel saw asks the operator to carry every sheet past the blade; a beam saw asks the operator to load a stack and start the program. Board size and stack height choose the model

A beam saw is a three-phase installation and is not offered in single phase. Floor space is always larger than the machine: allow the cutting length plus the full pusher stroke behind the table, an offloading and stacking area in front of the cutting line, and access for a lifting table or forklift to place boards. Chip volume from a stacked cut is high, so a beam saw belongs on a central extraction or cyclone system taken from the blade hood and the pressure beam, not on a mobile chip collector.
