HOLZMANN
HOLZMANN TS250 Table Saw – 254 mm Blade, 80 mm Cutting Height
TS250
Eighty millimetres of cut at 90° and 65 mm at 45° from a 254 mm blade put the TS250 a clear step above the 60 mm TS200. It is also the only bench saw in this group offered on either supply, as TS250_230V or TS250_400V, with a 3100 W S6 motor, 710 mm rip capacity and 108 kg of cast iron.
The TS250 price is driven by the voltage variant chosen, by freight and customs on a 116 kg gross machine into Georgia, by the 254 mm blades specified for the materials cut, by a chip extractor for the 100 mm and 25 mm ports, and by quantity if a workshop or training room orders several at once.
ფასის მოთხოვნაCast iron table saw for the small joinery
The HOLZMANN TS250 is a cast iron table saw with a 254 mm blade on a 30 mm bore, cutting 80 mm deep at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees, with 710 mm of rip capacity at the parallel fence. The blade turns at 4000 rpm behind a 3100 W S6 motor rated 2200 W in continuous S1 duty, and blade height and angle on the TS250 are set with a hand wheel that runs smoothly and holds its setting under load.
Who the TS250 suits
The TS250 suits a small joinery, a site workshop or a furniture maker’s second saw: solid enough for daily ripping of pine, oak and board, light enough at 108 kg net for two people to reposition, and compact at 1450 x 1000 x 1000 mm overall. The 635 x 420 mm cast iron table of the TS250 is enlarged by a 580 mm extension table, which is what makes wider panel work practical on a machine of this size and gives the parallel fence its full 710 mm reach.
The TS250 against the TS200 and the TS400Z
The TS250 is the middle machine of the HOLZMANN cast iron table saw group. Compared with the TS200, the TS250 doubles the motor output – 3100 W S6 against 1500 W S6 – and lifts cutting height from 60 mm to 80 mm on a larger 254 mm blade, at 108 kg instead of 81 kg. Compared with the TS400Z, the TS250 is far lighter and simpler to install, but the TS400Z carries a 400 mm blade for 120 mm cutting height and a table that rotates through 90 degrees. The TS250 is the right choice wherever 80 mm of depth is enough and the work is ripping rather than angled carpentry cuts.
Power supply and extraction
The TS250 is supplied in two variants: TS250_230V for a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply, and TS250_400V for a three-phase 400 V supply. Extraction on the TS250 uses a 100 mm main port with a 25 mm connection at the blade guard; a dust collector is not part of the delivery and must be ordered separately.
ძირითადი მახასიათებლები
- 254 mm blade on a 30 mm bore at 4000 min-1, cutting 80 mm at 90° and 65 mm at 45°
- Ordered as TS250_230V or TS250_400V - the only bench saw here with both a single-phase and a three-phase version
- 3100 W S6 motor rated 2200 W in continuous S1 duty, exactly double the 1100 W S1 of the TS200
- Cast iron table 635 x 420 mm with a 580 mm extension table bolted on
- 710 mm maximum cutting width at the parallel fence
- Extraction on a 100 mm main port with a 25 mm connection at the blade guard - chip-collector sizing, not vacuum sizing
- 108 kg net / 116 kg gross, standing 1450 x 1000 x 1000 mm assembled
- Hand-wheel height and angle adjustment working against the mass of a 108 kg cast iron chassis

უპირატესობები
- Offered in both 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase variants, so it fits any Georgian workshop supply
- Cast iron table plus 580 mm extension table gives 710 mm rip capacity on a compact machine
- 3100 W S6 motor and 80 mm cutting height are a real step up from the entry-level TS200
გასათვალისწინებელი
- No sliding carriage and no scoring unit, so the TS250 cannot match a panel saw on melamine edge quality
- 710 mm rip capacity is not enough to split a full-width sheet in one pass
- No dust collector included; the 100 mm and 25 mm ports both need a separately purchased extractor
