Mizrak Kalinlik Makinasi (Thicknesser)
KALINLIK MAKINASI
The Mizrak Kalinlik Makinasi is a thicknesser: timber with one flat reference face passes through and leaves with the opposite face machined parallel at a set thickness. Unlike the numbered KA-series thicknessers, the Mizrak Kalinlik Makinasi carries no published width, motor or feed figure, so capacity is confirmed at quotation.
Price on the Kalinlik Makinasi is driven by the planing width and motor rating of the configuration Mizrak can actually supply against the inactive record, the knife and spare-knife package, the extraction connection, and delivery and commissioning in Georgia.
ფასის მოთხოვნაWhat the Kalinlik Makinasi does
The Mizrak Kalinlik Makinasi is a thicknesser, and a thicknesser does one job: it takes timber that already has one flat reference face and machines the opposite face parallel to it at a set thickness. In a Georgian joinery that means every rail, stile and panel component in a batch leaves the machine at exactly the same dimension, which is what makes later gluing, tenoning and assembly repeatable. The Kalinlik Makinasi is not a substitute for a surface planer — the reference face still has to be created first on a fugani.
Who the Kalinlik Makinasi suits
Workshops working in solid timber are the buyer for the Kalinlik Makinasi: door and window makers, stair builders, solid-wood furniture shops and anyone buying rough-sawn stock rather than pre-calibrated panel. A shop that works purely in MDF, chipboard and laminated panel has no use for a thicknesser at all, since panel arrives already calibrated. The Kalinlik Makinasi pays for itself where timber is bought rough and cheap and dimensioned in-house.
What Mizrak publishes about the Kalinlik Makinasi
Very little, and this page says so plainly. Mizrak’s current product record for the Kalinlik Makinasi carries the model name and photographs but no technical information table — no planing width, no maximum and minimum thickness, no cutterblock or motor data, no weight. Rather than fill that gap with figures from a similar machine, every capacity for the Kalinlik Makinasi is issued as a written specification from Mizrak at enquiry, and it should be checked against the widest board the workshop actually intends to run.
Buying and installing the Kalinlik Makinasi
Mizrak carries the Kalinlik Makinasi as an inactive catalogue entry, so availability and lead time need confirming before anything is committed. A thicknesser also needs planning around: a chip extraction system connected to the hood, clear infeed and outfeed space at least twice the length of the longest board, a level floor, and in almost all industrial sizes a three-phase supply. Delivery into Georgia, clearance, positioning and commissioning are quoted separately from the machine.
ძირითადი მახასიათებლები
- Thicknessing planer (reismusi) for bringing solid timber to a uniform parallel thickness
- Built by Mizrak Makine, Türkiye, and supplied through the Georgian dealer network
- Works downstream of a surface planer, which creates the flat reference face first
- No manufacturer technical data sheet published - planing width and motor rating issued in writing at quotation
- Requires a connected chip extraction system, which is quoted as a separate line item
- Intended for solid-timber production rather than MDF, chipboard or pre-calibrated panel
უპირატესობები
- Lets a workshop buy rough-sawn timber and dimension it in-house instead of paying for calibrated stock
- Delivers repeatable component thickness across a whole batch, which stabilises later joinery and assembly
- Available through a local Georgian supplier with delivery and commissioning arranged in-country
გასათვალისწინებელი
- Mizrak publishes no specification at all, so width and motor data must be confirmed before ordering
- Flagged inactive in the supplier catalogue, so availability and lead time are uncertain
- Useless on its own — a surface planer is needed first, and a separate extraction unit is mandatory
