The MZK CNC Ripper Double combines door sizing and CNC hardware routing in one pass so a rough leaf leaves the machine ready to hang. Two bridges work either independently or in integrated mode, and three CNC axes handle hinge seats, lock handle pockets, the faceplate (aynalık) recess and surface work. Cutting capacity on the MZK CNC Ripper Double is 2200 mm deep by 1000 mm wide by 60 mm high, and dimensions are entered at the control unit rather than set with mechanical stops, so any value inside that envelope can be called up.
Sizing group and CNC group
The MZK CNC Ripper Double separates its two functions across dedicated drives. Sizing uses Ø250 x Ø30 x 3.2 mm longitudinal and cross-cut saws with a Ø125 x Ø20 x 3.2 mm scoring saw, driven by two 5.5 kW cross-cutting motors and a 4 kW longitudinal motor. The CNC group runs a 5.5 kW main spindle for lock handle work, a 4 kW spindle for the faceplate and lock handle, and a 1.1 kW hinge spindle, positioned by two 1.3 kW X-axis servos, a 1.6 kW Y-axis servo and a 750 W Z-axis servo. An automatic slide lubrication system keeps the guideways fed without a manual round.

The MZK CNC Ripper Double suits established door factories, not general joineries. The machine’s stated working area is 68 m², overall dimensions are 5700 x 2100 x 2300 mm and installed power is 38 kW at 80 A nominal current, so a dedicated bay and a properly rated three-phase board are prerequisites. Extraction must be ducted to two separate connections, Ø150 mm for the CNC group and Ø200 mm for the sizing group.
How it differs from the PLC model
Against the MZK NC Ripper Double PLC Control, the CNC version replaces PLC dimension setting with true three-axis servo contouring, raising installed power from 30.41 kW to 38 kW and lengthening the machine from 5200 mm to 5700 mm. The trade is flexibility for simplicity: the CNC model can produce shaped and non-standard hardware cut-outs the PLC model cannot, but it demands a programmer rather than a machine setter.
