What the MZK NC RIPPER does

The MZK NC RIPPER squares and sizes finished door panels to a programmed dimension. Door width is handled up to 1250 mm, length up to 2700 mm and panel thickness from 30 to 60 mm. The cutting groups run on linear rails with encoder-controlled axis movement, which is what allows the MZK NC RIPPER to hold a repeatable dimension across a batch rather than relying on operator setting.
