What the LINA 2136 ED does
The LINA 2136 ED is the working middle of Mizrak’s LINA nesting range: a 7.5–9 kW HSD spindle machine that cuts panel up to 45 mm thick and moves at 90 m/min on the Y axis. Holding is handled by 48 automatic vacuum suction points arranged in 6 adjustable zones and fed by a 250 m³ vacuum pump, which is what allows the LINA 2136 ED to nest small parts from a full sheet without them lifting. Automatic tool measurement and a 13-holder HSK F63 changer keep tool setup off the operator.
Who the LINA 2136 ED suits
Furniture workshops moving from a beam saw and drilling machine to their first CNC are the target for the LINA 2136 ED. The specification is deliberately proportionate: enough spindle power and vacuum for continuous single-shift panel work, but 2D rental software rather than a 3D licence, which suits a shop whose output is flat cabinet parts.
