The price of a LINA 2136 LINE is driven by the automation itself - the 25-sheet scissor lift and barcode labelling that separate it from the hand-loaded LINA models - together with vacuum pump capacity above the standard 250 m³, extra vacuum zoning, tool holder class and count beyond the 5 HSK 63 supplied, the CAD/CAM licence term after the first year, and transport, rigging and commissioning of a 4,800 kg cell.

The LINA 2136 LINE is the automated end of Mizrak’s LINA nesting router range: a 2100 x 3660 mm machine that loads, machines, labels and unloads full sheets without an operator lifting panel onto the table. A double scissor lift holds a stack of 25 sheets at 2100 x 3660 x 18 mm and references each one on the lift before an automatic vacuum lifting system, zoned to the material size, places it on the aluminium table. Four front X-axis stop cylinders and independently operating left and right aluminium stops square the sheet, and a material pushing and sweeping unit clears the table afterwards.
Who the LINA 2136 LINE suits
The LINA 2136 LINE is for furniture producers running nesting as a continuous shift, not as an occasional job. Two things justify it: labour, because one operator can keep the LINA 2136 LINE fed while working elsewhere, and traceability, because the integrated barcoding system prints 40 x 60 mm labels by direct thermal or thermal transfer ribbon so every cut part carries its identity into the edgebander and assembly. A workshop cutting fewer than a stack of sheets a day will not recover the price of the automation.
How the LINA 2136 LINE differs from the rest of the LINA range
Automation and rigidity separate the LINA 2136 LINE from its siblings. The manual-load LINA 2136 PLUS X shares the same 11–13 kW HSD spindle class but has no lift, no labelling and no stack referencing; the LINA 2136 and 2136 ED sit a class below on a 7.5–9 kW spindle. In exchange the LINA 2136 LINE runs its axes more conservatively — 60 m/min on X and Y against 120 m/min on Y for the PLUS X — because the whole cell is dimensioned around unattended sheet handling rather than peak feed rate.

Supply of the LINA 2136 LINE covers 5 HSK 63 tool holders in a 14-position fixed elevator magazine, a 9-spindle vertical drilling unit, a 250 m³ Eurovac vacuum pump feeding 48 suction points across 8 automatic zones, THK linear guides and carriages, a Festo pneumatic system, Neugart servo reducers, an industrial PC control with a hand terminal and mobile control unit, automatic lubrication, air tool cooling, and 3D CAD/CAM software on a one-year rental. ISO-30 tool holders are available in place of HSK 63.
