MZK Kapi Kilit Plus Door Lock and Hinge Machine
MZK KAPI KILIT PLUS
Lock seats to 200 mm, faceplate recesses to 250 mm and hinge seats to 125 mm are cut at one clamping by the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus, the only fully specified machine in Mizrak's lock group. The MZK Kapi Kilit Plus draws 5.5 kW in total, fixes the lock-to-handle axis at 96 mm and weighs 900 kg.
Price of the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus is driven by the cutter package for lock, faceplate and hinge seats, air preparation for the 6-8 atm clamping system, extraction provision, and delivery, installation and operator training in Georgia.
ფასის მოთხოვნაWhat the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus does
The MZK Kapi Kilit Plus completes all three hardware operations on a finished door leaf on one machine: the lock body seat, the handle and faceplate recess, and the hinge seats. Lock seat length is adjustable from 0 to a maximum of 200 mm, faceplate milling runs from 0 to 250 mm and hinge seats from 0 to 125 mm, which covers the common European mortise lock and hinge sizes used in Georgian door production. The distance between the lock and handle axes on the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus is fixed at 96 mm, so hardware must be selected to that standard centre distance.
Motors and speeds
The MZK Kapi Kilit Plus splits the work across three motors rather than driving everything from one head. A 2.2 kW motor at 1500 rpm cuts the lock seat, a 1.1 kW motor handles the handle recess and a further 1.1 kW motor at 12000 rpm cuts hinge seats. Drilling runs at 2850 rpm and milling at 12000 rpm. Total electrical power for the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus is 5.5 kW, which is modest enough that most workshops with an existing three-phase board can add the machine without upgrading supply.
Who the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus suits
The MZK Kapi Kilit Plus suits door manufacturers and larger joineries preparing interior doors for hardware in batches. At 2500 x 1600 mm and 900 kg, the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus is far smaller than a full sizing line and fits along a wall in a working shop. The machine also needs compressed air at 6-8 atm for its clamping, so a workshop with no compressor must budget for one.
How it differs from the base and CNC options
Against the base MZK Kapi Kilit, the Plus model publishes full capacities and adds the hinge group, so lock and hinge work happen at one station. Against the PC-controlled Ripper CNC KKM, the MZK Kapi Kilit Plus is mechanically set rather than programmed, which makes it faster to learn and cheaper to own but slower to change between different hardware layouts.

უპირატესობები
- Lock, handle, faceplate and hinge seats all cut at one station with three dedicated motors
- 5.5 kW total power and a 900 kg mass make installation straightforward in an existing shop
- Capacities are fully published, so hardware compatibility can be checked before ordering
გასათვალისწინებელი
- The 96 mm lock-to-handle axis is fixed, so hardware must match that centre distance
- Requires a compressed air supply at 6-8 atm in addition to the electrical connection
- Mechanically set rather than programmable, so changeovers between hardware layouts are manual
