HOLZMANN
HOLZMANN ABS3000SE Dust Collector – 3000 m³/h, Three Machine Outputs
ABS3000SE
The HOLZMANN ABS3000SE is a mobile dust collection system delivering 3000 m³/h at 2200 Pa from a 1500 W motor, with a Ø150 mm output plus three Ø100 mm outputs and a distributor so three woodworking machines can be connected at once. The ABS3000SE stands 2200 mm tall, weighs 45 kg net, runs on four casters and is available in 400V and 230V versions.
Price of the ABS3000SE is driven by the voltage version (400V or 230V), the spare filter and chip bag sets, the Ø150 mm and Ø100 mm hose, clamp and blast-gate package for the machines being connected, and delivery, customs and VAT handling into Georgia.
ფასის მოთხოვნაOne extractor, three machines connected at once
The HOLZMANN ABS3000SE is the extractor for a shop that has outgrown one-machine-one-bag: 3000 m³/h and 2200 Pa from a 1500 W motor, with a Ø150 mm main output plus three Ø100 mm outputs and a distributor supplied, so three woodworking machines can be piped in simultaneously. The ABS3000SE runs a 300 mm fan wheel at 2950 rpm and stands 2200 mm tall over a 985 x 560 mm base, which makes ceiling height a check worth making before the machine is quoted.
Filter area is what holds the airflow up
Suction performance on the ABS3000SE is sustained by filter surface, not motor power alone: the filter measures ø500 x 1100 mm and the chip bag is 500 mm in diameter and 1000 mm long. That large filter area means the ABS3000SE stays close to its rated air volume as dust loads the media, instead of collapsing after an hour of thicknessing. Sound pressure at the machine stays below 85 dB(A).
Mobile, not fixed
Despite its output, the ABS3000SE is a mobile unit at 45 kg net, riding on four casters so it can be repositioned across the workshop as the job changes. That makes the ABS3000SE a sensible first central extractor for a shop not yet ready to commit to fixed steel ducting. The moving device, the filter and chip bag set and the distributor piece are all included, so the ABS3000SE arrives ready to connect.
Where the ABS3000SE fits
Specify the ABS3000SE when two or three machines run at the same time, or when a single wide machine needs headroom that the 1500 m³/h ABS1500FF cannot give. A one-machine shop with a 230V supply and limited ceiling height is usually better matched to the ABS850 or the ABS1500FF.

უპირატესობები
- Three machines can be connected simultaneously through the supplied distributor and Ø150 / 3 x Ø100 mm outputs
- 3000 m³/h at 2200 Pa gives real headroom for wide machines that would choke a 1500 m³/h unit
- Arrives complete with moving device, filter and chip bag set and distributor, so no extra parts are needed to start work
გასათვალისწინებელი
- 2200 mm overall height rules the ABS3000SE out of low-ceilinged workshops and basement units
- The 500 x 1000 mm chip bag is bulky to handle and empty single-handed when full
- Running three machines at once still divides the available airflow, so long or badly ducted runs will underperform
