No. The HOLZMANN FAN2200 is supplied as the FAN2200_400V variant with a 2200 W motor for a 400V three-phase supply. A workshop without three-phase power should look at a genuinely single-phase packaged collector instead - HOLZMANN lists the ABS4000 at 3900 m³/h on 230V and the ABS4500MF at 4500 m³/h on 230 V / 50Hz. (Correction: the ABS3000SE named in an earlier version of this answer is a 400V / 50Hz machine, not a 230V one, and is not a single-phase alternative to the FAN2200.)
