The HOLZMANN ABS5000SE is the twin-bag step of the HOLZMANN extraction range, built for a workshop where several machines are piped into one central unit. A 2200 W S1 motor drives a 330 mm fan wheel at 2950 min-1 and produces 5000 m³/h of airflow at 2600 Pa, drawn through a distributor with four Ø100 mm connections. Two filter sleeves and two chip bags share the load, which is why the ABS5000SE holds its rated airflow longer between bag changes than a single-bag machine of the same nominal class.
Who the ABS5000SE suits
The ABS5000SE suits established joineries, door manufacturers and furniture workshops that run a planer-thicknesser, a spindle moulder, a panel saw and a sander in the same room. The unit is 1540 x 560 x 2470 mm and 60 kg net, so the ABS5000SE takes a wall position rather than being wheeled about constantly, even though four casters and the moving device are supplied. Sound pressure is below 85 dB(A) and the cable is 1.75 m long.
How the ABS5000SE differs from the ABS3000SE and ABS7500MF
The ABS5000SE is the twin-bag version of the single-bag ABS3000SE: 5000 instead of 3000 m³/h, 2600 instead of 2200 Pa, a 330 mm instead of 300 mm fan wheel, and a four-way rather than a three-way distributor. The trade-off is that the ABS5000SE is offered only as a 400V three-phase machine, while the ABS3000SE and ABS4000 also exist in 230V. Above the ABS5000SE, the ABS7500MF moves to a 5500 W motor, 7500 m³/h and a 35-bag multi-filter tower for full production shops.
What is included with the ABS5000SE
Delivery of the ABS5000SE covers the moving device, the filter and chip bag set (two filter sleeves ø500 / 1200 mm, chip bags ø500 x 850 mm) and the four-way distributor with 4 x Ø100 mm ports including three sealing caps, so unused branches can be closed off to keep suction on the working machine.
