HOLZMANN K5260PSMW2 5-Operation Combination Woodworking Machine
K5260PSMW2
The HOLZMANN K5260PSMW2 is a five-operation combination woodworking machine combining a 254 mm circular saw, a spindle moulder, a 260 mm surface planer with spiral cutterblock and a thicknesser working to 225 mm. The K5260PSMW2 is offered in 230 V single-phase and 400 V three-phase versions and is supplied on quotation.
Price on the K5260PSMW2 is moved by the voltage version (230 V or 400 V), the optional HOB310ECOLL mortising attachment, the shaper tooling and saw blade package, spare carbide insert sets, delivery to site in Georgia, and whether installation and operator training are included.
ფასის მოთხოვნაWhat the K5260PSMW2 replaces in a small joinery
The HOLZMANN K5260PSMW2 puts four machining functions on a single 1320 x 2330 mm floor plan, which is the whole argument for a combination machine over a row of stand-alone units. The K5260PSMW2 carries a 254 mm circular saw, a spindle moulder, a 260 mm surface planer and a thicknesser working up to 225 mm, with a rotary switch selecting the active function. Three separate motors drive the groups — 2.2 kW for the saw, 1.5 kW for the shaper and 2.2 kW for the planer-thicknesser — so no single motor is asked to do every job.
The spiral cutterblock separates this model from the K5260SMART
Buyers choosing inside the K5260 range should decide on the cutterblock first. The K5260PSMW2 runs a Ø70 mm shaft with two helical rows carrying 24 indexable carbide inserts at 5500 rpm, where the K5260SMART uses three conventional full-width planer knives. The spiral block on the K5260PSMW2 tears out less on figured hardwood, runs softer, and lets an operator rotate one damaged insert instead of resetting a whole knife set. The trade is consumable cost: 24 inserts are dearer than a set of knives, so the spiral block earns its money in shops planing hardwood every day.
Sliding table, panel capacity and saw work
Panel work is where the K5260PSMW2 pulls ahead of the compact model in the range. A 1320 x 238 mm sliding table, a 680 x 530 mm outrigger and a crosscut fence adjustable between 1225 and 2100 mm give the K5260PSMW2 a trimming length of 1300 mm, against 380 mm on the short-slider K5260SMART. The 254 x 30 x 3/2.2 mm blade turns at 4000 rpm, tilts through 0–45° on a handwheel and cuts 78 mm at 90° or 63 mm at 45°, with 710 mm of rip capacity at the parallel fence.
Shaper unit and mortiser option
The spindle moulder on the K5260PSMW2 uses a 30 mm spindle with 110 mm of stroke and four speeds — 1400, 4000, 6000 and 9000 rpm — through a 160 mm table opening, accepting tooling to 160 mm below the table and 180 mm above it. An optional HOB310ECOLL slot mortising attachment adds a fifth operation for door and frame joinery.
Power supply, extraction and siting
The K5260PSMW2 is offered as a 230 V single-phase version and a 400 V three-phase version, so a Georgian workshop without three-phase supply is not excluded. Extraction ports are 100 / 100 / 32 mm and must be connected before commissioning; sound power is rated 103 dB(A). At 362 kg net the K5260PSMW2 needs a level floor and a pallet truck to place it.

უპირატესობები
- Spiral cutterblock with 24 rotatable carbide inserts gives cleaner planing on figured hardwood and quieter running than straight knives
- 1300 mm trimming length from the 1320 mm slider and 680 x 530 mm outrigger handles panel work the compact K5260SMART cannot
- Available as 230 V single-phase as well as 400 V, so workshops without a three-phase connection are not excluded
გასათვალისწინებელი
- Only one function can be used at a time — a shop needing saw and planer running together still needs separate machines
- A full set of 24 carbide inserts costs more to renew than a set of planer knives
- At 362 kg net and 1320 x 2330 mm the machine needs a level floor, mechanical handling and real run-off space around the slider
