The HOLZMANN KOS3000C is the industrial end of the Holzmann oscillating belt sander range, built for shops running veneered panels and long solid components daily. The KOS3000C works a 200 mm wide belt over a 3000 mm loop, and the 960 x 350 mm cast iron table is heavy enough that the machine does not move under a full-width push. At 284 kg net, the KOS3000C is a fixed installation rather than a bench machine.

Veneer work is the reason to choose the KOS3000C

Veneer sanding equipment is the clearest difference between the KOS3000C and any smaller belt sander. The KOS3000C carries a veneer sanding attachment with a fine adjustment function, a veneer shoe, a fence and release rollers, plus a special fence with nuts for setting veneer overhang. That combination lets an operator trim and finish veneer overhang against the belt in a controlled, repeatable way instead of freehand.

Table, extension and mitre work
