HOLZMANN OFT102 Router Table
OFT102
The OFT102 supplies no motor at all - it is the 810 x 610 mm worktop, standing at 880 mm, that turns a hand router you already own into a stationary shaper. Extraction connects at 60/70/75 mm. At 29 kg net it can be lifted aside between jobs, and it ships flat at 31 kg gross in a 980 x 650 x 120 mm carton.
Price is driven by quantity, by whether a router and cutter set are taken with the table, and by the freight and customs share: the OFT102 ships flat at 31 kg gross, which is cheap to consolidate with other machines.
ფასის მოთხოვნაWhat the HOLZMANN OFT102 router table is for
The OFT102 converts a hand-held router into a stationary shaping machine. Instead of pushing a router over the workpiece, the operator mounts the router beneath the 810 x 610 mm worktop of the OFT102 and feeds the workpiece over the cutter against a fence. Edge profiles, rebates, grooves, small tongue-and-groove joints and repeated mouldings on narrow strips all become faster, safer and far more repeatable on the OFT102 than they are freehand. Working height is 880 mm, which puts the cut at a comfortable standing position for a full shift.
Who should buy the OFT102
The OFT102 suits small joineries, cabinet installers and workshops that already own a good hand router and are not yet ready for a full spindle shaper. The economics are the argument: the OFT102 is a 29 kg table, not a 150 kg cast iron machine, so a workshop gains stationary routing for a fraction of the cost and none of the floor space. Site-based fitters and furniture repair shops in Tbilisi and the regions use exactly this kind of table as their first step out of hand tools.
How the OFT102 differs from a spindle shaper
The OFT102 is not a spindle shaper and should not be sold as one. A HOLZMANN FS-series shaper carries its own motor, a 30 mm spindle and a heavy cast iron table, and takes large profile cutters. The OFT102 has no motor of its own at all: cutting power, speed and collet size are whatever the customer’s hand router provides, and tooling is limited to router bits, not shaper heads. What the OFT102 does give is the geometry, the fence and the support surface, which is the difference between a rough freehand profile and a clean one.
Extraction and delivery of the OFT102
The OFT102 has a dust extraction connection sized 60/70/75 mm, so it fits the common hose diameters of small workshop extractors and shop vacuums rather than a 100 mm industrial trunk line. Table-mounted routing throws chips directly at the operator, so connecting extraction to the OFT102 is not optional in practice. The OFT102 is delivered at 31 kg gross, flat packed at 980 x 650 x 120 mm, and needs assembly and a router of the buyer’s choice before first use.
ძირითადი მახასიათებლები
- No drive of its own: the OFT102 carries your existing hand router, where the TFM610V brings its own 1500 W spindle
- 810 x 610 mm worktop - 240 mm wider and 250 mm deeper than the 610 x 360 mm TFM610V table
- 880 mm table height, set for standing work, against 310 mm for the benchtop TFM610V
- Stepped extraction connection at 60/70/75 mm to suit vacuum and small chip-extractor hoses
- 29 kg net, so one person moves it aside when floor space is needed
- Ships flat, 31 kg gross in a 980 x 650 x 120 mm carton, and is assembled on site

უპირატესობები
- Gives stationary, fence-guided routing on an 810 x 610 mm surface for a fraction of a shaper's cost
- One person can lift and move the 29 kg OFT102, so no permanent floor space is committed
- 60/70/75 mm extraction connection works with a shop vacuum already in the workshop
გასათვალისწინებელი
- No motor supplied: the OFT102 is useless without the buyer's own hand router
- Router bits only, no 30 mm bore shaper cutters, so profile capacity is limited
- Small 60/70/75 mm extraction port cannot be tied into a 100 mm workshop trunk line without an adapter
