HOLZMANN
HOLZMANN PJ100A Biscuit Jointer, 900 W
PJ100A
The HOLZMANN PJ100A is a 900 W, 230 V biscuit jointer cutting with a tungsten-carbide-tipped Ø100 x Ø22 x 4 mm six-tooth cutter. The PJ100A weighs 3.30 kg, measures 380 x 150 x 160 mm and is supplied in a synthetic carry case.
The price of a PJ100A is moved by order quantity, whether the tool is taken from local stock or ordered from the factory, and whether it is supplied on its own or as part of a larger machine and tooling order.
ფასის მოთხოვნაWhat the PJ100A biscuit jointer does
The PJ100A cuts the crescent-shaped slots that let flat biscuits align and reinforce a joint, and that single job explains why the tool earns its place. Rather than marking, drilling and doweling, the PJ100A is registered against the workpiece edge or face and plunged, cutting matched slots in both halves of the joint in seconds. Carcase corners, mitred boxes, panel glue-ups and worktop butt joints are the everyday work of the PJ100A.
Cutter and motor
The PJ100A runs a tungsten-carbide-tipped cutter of Ø100 x Ø22 x 4 mm with six teeth, driven by a 900 W 230 V motor. Six carbide teeth on a 100 mm cutter give the PJ100A a clean slot wall in solid timber, plywood and MDF, and the carbide tipping means the cutter survives the abrasive glue lines in board material far longer than a plain steel cutter would. The PJ100A weighs 3.30 kg, measures 380 x 150 x 160 mm and is supplied in a synthetic carry case.
Working accurately with the PJ100A
Accuracy with the PJ100A comes from registration, not from force. Both halves of a joint should be cut from the same reference face so that any error in fence height cancels itself, and the slot is deliberately longer than the biscuit so the joint can be slid sideways into alignment before the glue grabs. Because biscuits swell as they absorb moisture from PVA, assembly on the PJ100A joints should follow slot cutting without a long delay.
Consumables and shop fit
Budget biscuits as a running cost with the PJ100A, and confirm which biscuit sizes the depth stop of the PJ100A is set up for before ordering stock in quantity. Dust from slot cutting is fine and dry, so a workshop vacuum at the tool is worth planning. As a 900 W 230 V tool, the PJ100A runs from an ordinary single-phase socket and needs no installation work.

უპირატესობები
- A 900 W motor and a six-tooth carbide cutter handle solid timber, plywood and MDF without stalling in a slot cut
- At 3.30 kg the PJ100A is light enough to hold accurately against a workpiece edge through a long run of joints
- Runs from an ordinary 230 V socket and arrives in a carry case, so it needs no installation and stores tidily
გასათვალისწინებელი
- Holzmann does not publish the cutting depth settings or supported biscuit sizes for the PJ100A, so those must be confirmed before ordering biscuits in quantity
- A biscuit jointer is a single-purpose tool: the PJ100A cuts slots and nothing else, unlike a router which covers many jobs
- Slot cutting produces fine dry dust and no extraction accessory is listed in the specification, so a workshop vacuum connection should be planned
