What the HOLZMANN SSAT1000 does

The HOLZMANN SSAT1000 is a compact sanding station that captures its own dust: a single 1000 W fan pulls 4000 m³/h off the 1050 x 600 mm work surface, downwards and to the rear, and pushes the air through two front filters of 395 x 495 x 24 mm before returning it to the workshop. No external dust collector is required and no duct to the outside is needed, which is why the SSAT1000 suits a shop that has no spare extraction capacity to give a hand-sanding bench. Collected dust gathers in an extendable chip drawer at the front, withdrawn and emptied in seconds.

Working on the SSAT1000

The SSAT1000 is set up for scratch-free work: metal insert plates with plastic spacers form the support surface and a rubber-coated table protection lets already-finished faces be laid down without marking. Fold-away side panels extend the support for pieces longer than the table, and the SSAT1000 stands 850 mm high — normal bench height — on a 1050 x 600 mm footprint.
