The KF315VF2600 exists for one reason: a 2600 x 270 mm sliding table that trims up to 2700 mm in a single pass. That length lets the KF315VF2600 cross-cut a full-length board or a 2.5 m door blank on the carriage, work that forces a shorter combination machine into two setups. Alongside that, the KF315VF2600 carries a full Ø30 mm spindle moulder in the same 860 x 890 mm cast iron table, changing duty without moving the workpiece to another machine.
Sawing, scoring and fences
The saw unit of the KF315VF2600 takes a Ø315 mm blade at 4500 rpm, cutting 100 mm deep at 90° and 80 mm at 45°, with tilt and height adjustment. A two-piece Ø100 mm scoring blade at 8500 rpm is standard on the KF315VF2600, which is what makes melamine and veneered board viable. Rip capacity on the KF315VF2600 reaches 1330 mm at a quick-clamping rip fence, and a 750 x 590 mm outrigger table with support roller carries the far corner of the panel.
Spindle moulder specification
Moulding on the KF315VF2600 runs at 1800, 3000, 6000 or 9000 rpm with LED speed indication, through 100 mm of spindle stroke and 100 mm of clamping height. The KF315VF2600 takes tools to 180 mm below the table and 200 mm above it through a 190 mm opening, and is equipped with a shaper hood with roller guides, a protective plate and fine-adjustable aluminium fences, plus a 360 x 120 mm extractable mitre fence with workpiece end stop.
Installation and the shorter KF315VF2000
The KF315VF2600 weighs 337 kg net, works at 850 mm table height, extracts through two Ø100 mm ports and is available in 230 V and 400 V versions rated 3000 W and 2800 W at S1. The extra 600 mm of carriage means the KF315VF2600 needs noticeably more clear run-out than the KF315VF2000; where panels rarely exceed 2200 mm, the shorter machine is the better use of floor.
