The MZK 3200 SPECIAL cuts sheet material to size and squares solid timber with a 3200 mm carriage stroke, the length most cabinet shops actually need for standard board. Blades from Ø250 x 30 mm to Ø300 x 30 mm run at 4750 to 5250 rpm on a 4 kW motor, giving 80 mm of cut at 90 degrees and 65 mm at 45 degrees. A Ø125 x 20 mm scoring blade spinning at 7250 rpm on its own 0.75 kW motor cuts the surface line ahead of the main blade, which is what protects the lower face of melamine and veneered panels. Crosscuts are set on a 1950 mm sliding fence with a 0 to 3000 mm stop range and ±45 degree adjustment.
