ავეჯის წარმოების დანადგარები
Furniture production machinery covers the machines that turn full sheets of chipboard, MDF, plywood and faced board into finished cabinet parts: sizing, edge finishing, drilling and shaped machining. This category holds 77 machines from HOLZMANN (Austria), MIZRAK and NETMAK (Turkey), grouped as sliding table panel saws (29), edge banding machines (28), CNC routers (10), boring machines (7) and beam saws (3). The range starts at a one-operator joinery bench and reaches a factory line. Every machine here is supplied by quotation, configured to your voltage, panel sizes and tooling before pricing.

How to choose furniture production machinery
Choose furniture production machinery in the order a panel actually travels through the shop: size it, edge it, drill it, then shape it. A cabinet workshop that buys the panel saw first and the edge bander second rarely regrets that order, because the saw sets the squareness and edge quality of every part that follows, while the edge bander only has to keep up with what the saw produces.
Sizing: sliding table panel saw or beam saw
A sliding table panel saw is the right sizing machine for almost every Georgian furniture workshop, because a panel saw is operator-paced: one person loads the sheet onto the carriage and controls each cut. A beam saw belongs in a shop where sheet volume, not operator skill, has become the bottleneck, because a beam saw clamps a stack of panels and cuts programmed strips through the book. With 29 panel saws and 3 beam saws in this category, the panel saw is the normal entry point and the beam saw is the step a growing factory takes later.
Edge finishing
Edge banding machines decide how a finished cabinet is judged, since the edge is what a customer touches. The 28 edge banders here run from compact machines that glue, trim and scrape thin tape for a small joinery, up to automatic machines that add pre-milling, corner rounding and buffing units. Match the edge bander to the tape you sell most: thin PVC needs far less machine than thick 2 mm ABS on solid-colour fronts.
Drilling and shaped work
Boring machines are the cheapest way to get repeatable hinge cup holes and shelf-pin rows, and 7 boring machines are listed here for exactly that job. A CNC router earns its place when parts stop being rectangular: nested cutting, curved fronts, pocketing and engraving are CNC router work, and 10 CNC routers cover that range. A workshop doing straight carcase furniture usually needs the boring machine; a workshop selling shaped or one-off designs needs the router.
Power supply, floor space and extraction
Three-phase 400 V is the realistic assumption for furniture production machinery, and any shop planning a panel saw, edge bander, beam saw or CNC router should confirm the incoming supply and cable rating with an electrician before ordering. Single-phase machines exist only at the smallest end of the range. Floor space is dictated by movement, not by the machine footprint: a sliding table panel saw needs its full carriage stroke clear at both ends plus sheet width to the left of the blade, and an edge banding machine needs infeed and outfeed room for the longest panel you band. Every machine in this category also needs dust or chip extraction sized to the number of open ports, and CNC routers additionally need vacuum clamping for the table.
What the quoted price depends on
The price of furniture production machinery is driven by configuration rather than by badge. On panel saws the drivers are sliding table length, main motor power, the scoring unit and whether fences are manual or digitally positioned. On edge banders the driver is the number of working stations. On CNC routers it is table size, spindle power and whether an automatic tool changer is fitted. Add the tooling package to every calculation, because saw blades, scoring sets, cutters, drill bits, glue and spare tape guides are budgeted separately from the machine, as are delivery to your site and commissioning. Send the part sizes and sheet volumes you work with and we will quote a configuration against them.
როგორ ავირჩიოთ
- You cut sheet goods to size
- Sliding table panel saws (29 machines) are the starting point; sliding stroke should exceed the longest cut you make in one pass
- Sheet throughput has become the bottleneck
- Move from a panel saw to a beam saw (3 machines), which cuts a clamped stack to a programmed cutting pattern
- Raw panel edges need banding
- Edge banding machines (28) - choose by tape thickness you actually sell and by how many stations the machine carries
- Repeatable hinge and shelf-pin holes
- Boring machines (7) do the job faster and squarer than a hand jig and cost far less than a CNC router
- Curved, nested or engraved parts
- CNC routers (10) - decide by table size against your standard sheet and by whether a tool changer is needed
- Shop under roughly 60 square metres
- Choose a shorter sliding table and a compact edge bander; carriage stroke and panel infeed, not machine footprint, set the space you need
- Single-phase supply only
- Restricts you to the smallest machines in the category; confirm a three-phase 400 V supply before specifying a panel saw, edge bander or CNC router
- Solid timber, not sheet material
- Furniture production machinery is not the right category - use planers, thicknessers, spindle moulders and sanders in woodworking machinery
